SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping is included in the price of your glass sculpture. Please open immediately to confirm all is well with your new artwork.
If for any reason, you would like an exchange, you will need to ship the piece back, carefully packaged with a picture of what is going into the box. You will need to insure the piece as well. This return will be at your cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want to make sure you are happy with the piece you have decided to add to your collection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are welcome to exchange the piece for an equally priced item.
Please note the pictures are influenced by the colors on your computer or monitor. In most cases, the colors are actually much nicer than the image shown on the website. However, there is no way to control the color you see vs. what is shown due to monitor variables. If you are unsure of colors, feel free to call me and I'd be happy to chat about the colors and tones of each item.
